Online orders will be shipped through UPS, USPS or Truck Freight, based on the customers choice at checkout. If a product requires truck shipping the customer may be contacted for additional freight and handling charges. Please contact us if you are in need of another shipping method not available. We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
Since we can only ship air to Alaska and Hawaii and if a product cannot be shipped by air you will not receive that product. You will be contacted and that part will be removed from the order and you will be refunded immediately.Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.
During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item, return the item within 30 days of purchase for an immediate exchange or refund. No returns are allowed on electrical parts, tools or special order items. Items returned must include all original packaging and labels in good condition. (Free of dents, tears, markings, modifications, writing of any kind, greasy fingerprints etc.). Items returned with damage or missing the original packaging will be rejected and the return will not be processed. Returns made after 30 days will be handled on a case by case basis and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 90 days.
Please Note that special order or custom ordered parts are not returnable.
If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
Refund will be given once the returned item is received and inspected. Amount of refund will be based on the purchase price of your product.
